Overall just an excellent place. Owners were great to talk to and very friendly, good knowledge of the area and ideas of activities. Lots of leaflets also to help you explore and see what is going on locally.

Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Beds were amazing for a good night sleep, orthopaedic mattress in our room was so comfy and firm we slept great.

Breakfast was amazing with alot of options and plenty served up so much so it saw me through lunch aswell.

Would recommend to anyone if you appreciate the quieter side.

From the start Trudy and Malcom made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very nice and the shower was great with a very strong water pressure. We had a full English breakfast which was perfectly cooked overall we would definitely stay there again big thumbs up

Good breakfast. Greatly help us out when a rogue landlord kick us out of our b&b. The Fern Royd Hotel came to our rescue. We can't thank you enough.
